Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your purchase from Bountiful Tree, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy. If you decide the item isn't right for you, simply contact us to obtain a Return number and return the merchandise to our warehouse in its original packaging.
Please note that returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and return shipping arrangements and costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We do not accept returns for custom or special ordered merchandise.
Refunds for returned merchandise will be issued once the item arrives at our warehouse undamaged and in its original condition and packaging, minus the original shipping charge and restocking fee.
